Leather Reign 2026: What Seattle's Leather Conference Is (Sold Out)

The Leather Reign site describes the event as an "alternative lifestyle relationship conference" produced by Evergreen Leather Events, a non-profit with US 501(c)(3) status. It's a hotel weekend, and the hotel's name is shared only after you register, per the East Coast Kink Events listing.

The program rests on three core areas, according to the About page. One asks "why we do what we do". Another covers M/s and D/s topics, meaning Master/slave and Dominance/submission as relationship structures (see our explainer on what D/s roles actually are). The how-to track sits at the 201 level and above. The organizer says the Seattle area is already well covered for introductory how-to topics, and the event is meant to complement them rather than repeat them. We think that's a sensible design.

According to MyLeatherLife's listing, there is no contest for this event.

Formats differ, so here's a rough sort:

Honestly, we can't tell you. A two-hour sell-out looks like proof of a booming scene, so we went looking for numbers and found no published attendance figures. What's verifiable: the organizer says it's "in our 20th year" on its site, and this edition went in about two hours. But a sell-out measures demand against a fixed number of rooms and seats. It says nothing about the size of the Seattle leather community or where it's heading. A fast sell-out at least shows the event is in demand. That's all it shows.

The official site has a waitlist for tickets and the hotel, plus a mailing list.

If you'd rather start locally, Seattle Men in Leather lists classes among its activities, and the Washington State Leather Organization, a Seattle non-profit, says it provides educational forums on health and social issues affecting the LGBTQ/Kink communities. (Search tip: "leather reign seattle" also pulls up Seattle Reign FC, the soccer club, so add "conference".)
